Scam and Fraud!
Kerry William Smith of Tien He Guangzhou China, a former New Zealand Citizen aged 50 years, is a fraud. He borrow money saying he would return it in one month, the money he said he needs to prop up his Hong kong company Global Concepts (GZ) Ltd. As much as we have tried, no money has ever been returned to our company.
He works in Guangzhou as a English Teacher, and has lived in China for approx 13 years.
