Owner: Norman Dean made false promises and did not honor the warranty that he gave me on my sunroom addition. His contact phone numbers were disconnected soon after the sunroom was completed, making it very difficult to reach him concerning much needed repairs. Buyer please be aware of this smoothe talker.
