Would use again. We did a cross country move and got a great price I thought. They dropped the price because I asked and then again passed on the saving of $700 AFTER a contract was signed because they dropped the price per mile to get containers out of Portland.
Everything was very spelled out, we knew what to expect and it more or less went very well. The container was delivered a bit late, but that was partly my fault for not putting in the order earlier even though it was promised to be there earlier. A bit of an inconvenience to move in later, but overall not a big deal. Nothing was damaged in our container. They also forgot to give us our lock when the delivered the container and facing an odd direction. What I like best about PODS is their customer service. They have a can-do attitude and will make anything better for you. A breath of fresh air to find such a great business!
