I too was caught out buying the free introductory offer. When my credit card was debited with R758 and not recognising the name I contacted my bank immediately.
They gave me an email address of the company concerned and I sent them an email. To cut a long story short, I thought that I would lose that money. I perservered between my bank and the company until they must have got sick and tired of me requesting a refund. Today, I was notified by my bank that an amount of R706 was refunded into my card.incidentally my introductory offer arrived a couple of days ago. I paid R51 on my credit card and R28 customs duty to collect at the post office.
