I was scammed by a representative Julian Marshall/Julian Robinson/Xavier Alexander being all the sames person saying he was an attorney for American Legal Services and I had violated the banking policies by accepting a loan via internet and if I didn't want to be arrested on Monday 7/9, I have to pay the loan back in full via a green dot card or a pre-paid visa. Julian Marshall had all the info for this account and appeared legit. Since I didn't have all the monies for the loan, I was given 2 other installments at $400. I was given one hour for the transaction and to call this number 817-400-0344 ext. 1207. When this transaction was completed I was sent a form without any letter saying charges were dropped and the name of the company was not even the one that the loan was from. I really feel "STUPID'! I've tried to have my money returned but green dot says the money was changed to another pre-paid card and American Legal Services claim they have no idea what I am talking about. When I withdrew these funds from my account, I only had $. 84 left until my next pay period. I would like American Legal Services to return my money, apologize, have their license revoked and to "NEVER" be allowed to do any type of business anywhere again.
