I was billed for a shipment of product. I called the company was told to send back the unopened package and they would credit my card within 7 to 10 business days. I did and to this day 7/10 I have not received my credit. I have called and have spoken with several people at Proslim and they all say the same thing. That they are sorry for the delay and will take care of it today. So far this has been all lies. I have talked to a Steven Smith, Matthew, and a Keith Richardson. Now when you call a recording comes on giving you the hours of operation when you are calling during those times. This is a poor example of a company so please beware and stay away.
