You are asked to take a survey and as an appreciation you can order one of three FREE products - I picked the Dead Sea Kit. You were made to believe that the only cost is the shipping which was £3.99 - I thought I'll get two kits so my mum can use it too so paid double shipping cost. Unbeknown to me 14 days later my account was debited with two £57 amounts from the Dead sea kit company. There are no telephone number only a customer support form you can submit. I did not read the fine print as the FREE was so exaggerated and really thought this was free. I am sending both sets back and hoping they will refund me and I also asked them to take me off the refill programme as that will cost me even more EVERY month! Wish there is a way I can stop my bank from paying them if they don't cancel my account (which also they automatically set up with a password which you as a customer don't get).
This is a SCAM - please don't think this product is free.
