I was contacted on a number of occasions by phone regarding possible credit card charges and the unlawfull way the providers have increased the spending amounts without following proceedures. I declined a couple of times but eventually signed up around feb. I was told that if they the company could not find that I had a genuine claim my money would be returned in full.
I was also told I had nothing to lose as either way I would get my money returned. I was aslo told I would be given a DISCOUNT if I also at that stage ask them to check my mortgage PPI. So I agreed for them to look into both and gave them 1,500 on my credit card. Had a contract sent which I signed and sent back and have had just one follow up letter saying they are dealing with the matters. Nothing since and today I tried to call them and all mailboxes are full. Not happy at all.
