I ordered a pair of sandals and I haven't received them. I received a shower curtain from China today instead. I will launch a complaint with Pay Pal after the 45 days required. According to PayPay, the payment went to Zhaocheng Luo. It also had 2 e mail addresses that I sent e-mails to. I doubt I'll get a response from either. They are:
[email protected] and [email protected]. There is also a company name in New York associated with the name above. I e-mailed that address with no results. I'm hoping Pay Pal can do something. Pay Pal should not be doing business with bogus companies.
