I have had net 10 phone for years as my cell phone. I have paid for over 1460 service days (service to at least 2016) my phone is a good one (it refuses to break) so the first offence they did was to remove my add airtime from my phone (a big incovenience for my customers and my family) i took it back to radio shack. It took several hours for the young lady to get the company to put my add airtime back on my phone. All went good for a couple years tell i aquired around 1500 service remaining. Then phone still worked good (receve and send calls fine) but a low beep when phone not in use took it to represnative of net 10 who checked it. Said net 10 satalite was makeing it beep and phone would be replaced (assured me that my phone # and service days would be transfered to new phone) they shut my old phone down so i cant add any more time to it but it still receves calls which i cat answer because of only 1 min of airtime left. Ihave spent apox 12 hours with net 10 reps on my home phone trying to get my old phone # and service days added to this new phone they sent me (every rep i talk to assures me that my old # and days of service will be transfered to this replacement phone (it is evident they are not going to)
