A pop-up showed up on my computer for a competition - I closed this down.
A text came through from Prizeking for a competition costing £18 - I deleted having not entered any competitions.
This was then followed by 4 texts each charged at £4.50 which they involuntarily send me and involuntarily took my money.
I have been contacting the company for 3 months now and they firstly advised me that I had agreed to terms and conditions by sending a pin through on my phone. I did not.
They then think by sending my my IP address that this is proof I did. This is proof of the internet I was using when the send me pop-up's.
Now they just keep ignoring and closing my support ticket. I want my money back, I did not enter any pin, or agree to any terms and conditions or enter any competitions.
