I placed an order online at www.fagele.com back in May for a camcorder. I was given a tracking number and the package was sent to another state. I then tried to contact fagele.com again and was given a 2nd tracking number and again the camcorder was sent to another state. I've been trying to reach out to this company for over 6 weeks and they won't return emails or answer live chat. I'm very upset about this!
