Dariusz Bialowas is a scam artist, plain and simple.
I have trusted this person, unfortunately, and Dariusz feels he doesn't have any obligation to pay people for the work they did for him. Also, he feels that he doesn't have to deliver on installations, but has no problem picking up money.
He continually screws over all the little people, hardworking telemarketers who get appointments for him, his salespeople, management, and even the cleaning lady.
Dariusz is maniacal. I know him closely. I was convinced his expartner was the main reason for problems in Arizona, and his was convincing showing me that, Chuck Hauck, his former partner had piled up 18 installations, not yet delivered, only months after he left the operation, when there were only about 3 installations out. 3 installations out reflects a contractor who is keeping up with things, not allowing money spent before materials, and laborers are accounted for, moneywise, or at least, piled up like a disaster waiting to happen.
It simply turns out that they are both crooks.
Dariusz has serious issues I have witnessed firsthand.
Inappropriate behavior with women who work or interview for him.
Most recently, interviewing a nineteen year prospect for a sales management position, heading a new city of operations, in Wisconsin. I met the girl, bright and cheery, but managing an office of 30-40 people with no experience? The interview had her sitting within inches of Dariusz side, as he was showing off his training videos (in the day, Darius Bialowas was an impressive body builder).
They disappeared for hours after a roughly three hour interview.
Dariusz is an alcoholic, womanizing chronic money mismanager whose borrowed time is coming for payment.
I moved to Chicago on the promise of hotel and operating cash (hotel, gas, incidentals), the norm for uprooting someone out of state.
He had a hotel room, alright... HIS.
He expected me to stay with him, a single bed. I slept in the car.
I was promised financing was in place, another lie. We finally received financing from Enerbank USA, and I started rolling in the deals, and things, FINALLY, were looking up.
After four months of frustration, tire blowouts, running out of gas, going without food some days, and living like a homeless man, he decided to repay me by NOT PAYING ME.
My last week, I sold over $120,000.00 ($13,000 in expected commissions).
Dariusz has not paid me.
He, instead, wants to start, yet, another company, headed by the very talented and experienced nineteen year old.
What is worrying me is that money is going fast (we're talking over a hundred thousand monthly), and I have yet to see an install.
I am not here to sell photo-voltaic (p.V./ solar electric power) systems for people to get screwed out of their money.
He has lost all but one of his telemarketing staff, as his paid-for voice of confidence (a Dariusz supporter-no-matter-how-many-people-he-scams-so-long-as-she's-getting-paid-cheap-voice-box), continues to hire people as she blocks the mistreatment because she has an undying love and dedication to him. It's sickening, in fact. When something's wrong, you HAVE TO MAKE A STAND!
She was given that choice.
She decided to stay criminal.

His wife is sure to leave him again, as he has a sex addiction, constantly showing me pictures of women off of his drug of choice, sugar daddy website which connects prostitutes to guys with money.
He's a raging alcoholic, as I am witness to half of the trash that I throw out (how did I get this assignment?) are Polish beer, vodka and whisky bottles.
Do not work for this man.
He's got serious issues.
Worse than I thought.
I believed he was doing something good, as by nature, just being in solar seems so positive, helping people eliminate their ultility costs. It's a great industry marred with losers like him.
He berates everyone working for him. He calls me a junkie, drug addict, based on the fact that I DID have an issue with pain relievers, a regrettable thing on my part, when I broke two ribs and was prescribed painkillers, and I got addicted for the period of about one year. I overcame it, and I did it on my own. My mind is clear, and has always been sharper than this Dariusz character.
His constant insults and inappropriate behavior, such as tapping into people's private email accounts and facebook pages (plenty of evidence for whom needs it, lawyers, police, investigators, please feel free to contact me, anytime, day or middle of the night), as his paranoia runs rampid he's taken to running his life like some strange tv drama, invloving a lot of people who have a hit for his head.
This man has screwed over, Shaw and Mohawk carpet manufacturer's out of some $250,000.00.
His time has come, and guys like this need to made an example of, preying on people's weaknesses, expounding on people's imperfections, abusing and hating women at the same time, while he collects people's hard worked pay.
I'm going to make sure he sees jail soon, and a good dose of it, hopefully 20 years.
He needs to be stopped.

I think the I.R.S., will ultimately get rid of this danger and trash out of a society who are trying to do good work and deliver what they are promising. I just can't understand why he just doesn't deliver and continue an honest business. Knowing him, closely, it's as if he gets far more satisfaction completely burning people, as he is a seriously insecure man when it comes to women, and all other areas of his life.
