I went to their website ordered virtual currency they never delivered and the 24/7 live chat support is automated reply. I submitted complaint to paypal, they don't take screenshots as evidence. I submitted complaint to IC3. Gov not sure if that will do any good it is an overseas company. They say you will receive the credits/gold in game within 15 min and you never hear from them again.
