I ordered this product for the wrinkle advertising. I used it a few days and it made my skin itch. I laid off for a few days and tried it again. It still made my skin itch. They charged me v something. I know it was less than a month, because they had not sent any more yet and that is usually a day or two before 30 days. I called today and she told me the time had expired for a refund. I have returened things to other places a time or two and never got a run around like this before. I did not read about the expiration. What I read said that if for any reason iI needed to send it back, I had to call and get the information for the return. She said there would be no refund, it was too late. I told her I thought that was highway robbery. She said they had not sent any more yet, she canceled that. I was upset about the refund, so I asked for a supervisor. She ignored that and she told me I could give it to someone else who could take over my account. I said there was no one else that would do that for me or that I would ask. Then she said I could just give it away and not send it back. She still did not mention calling a supervisor. She immediatly said that she would refund of $35.00 and cancel my account so that I would not receive anything from them again. She said her name was Anne - employee #210984.
