I met Charles St. James on speed date, we became friends, he offered to purchase a car as a gift for me, wish i doubted at first, he sent me to the BMW dealer to look choose the car i want, he spoke with the sales man, he fax him some paper work then he told he the only thing i needed to do was to send him 850.00, for the penalty he had to pay, to get money out of his money market account, the next day he ask me to send another 850.00 dollars to pay the tax, as the car will not be in his name. After he got the money he texted me informing me he was on his way to the hospital as he have to have surgery done. This happen march 5 and 6 of this year.
