Salesman was next door on estimate and asked to quote my job also, his name is Kevin. I told him specifically of previous poor work done by Gutters Unlimited, to forwarn. He recomended using K hangers which are stronger and would include in estimate. 2 other Co, did not offer them as "nails should work". The job, hangar spacing is not as written in estimate, at every 24 inches, on the rafter tails as I have no sub facia, there for no wood t attach to. Not done by the agreement. The problem area was shown to the: INSTALLER " TIM, who had no way to locate the roof rafter tails. I/2 of The long run on the north side drains ok, the other half has to drain uphill then go over a corner joint with 1/2 inch silicone sealer bump to get to the next downspout. DOESENT WORK AT ALL JUST HOLDS water untill eventual evaperation, weeks, not hours. Great misquito pond. Had to fight for weeks to get it looked at, then he came and DID NOT TOUCH the problem area, instaed lowered the ok end so it looks terrible. This is the most unprofessional company and all employees are not qualified for even the basic concept of water flow or quality of work. The owner has refused my calls. Do not ever use this company or tim or kevin, as they are totally inept, liars... I have to hire another co to fix the brand new job just screwed up by TRI COUNTY FLUBBERS.
