OMJ Tax resolve with the Irs

Eware of this scam. These people promise to help you with tax problems with the irs and do nothing. They make promises they can not keep. They take advantage of the situations people are in with no resolutions. Let me tell you about my experiance with these no good scum bags. I am a retired vetern and in poor health (stroke). One of the owners of this company called me and made promises to me that he could take care of my problems with the irs in less than 30 days and i would have to pay nothing on my bill with the irs. He assured me that he had inside contacts that could solve my problems. I called his office the next day and talked to the person handling my case and found out they were just hired off the street with no experiance. I asked them what they did prior to working for this company and they said they sold sporting goods. I realized i had made a mistake going with this company and called the owner scott the same day and told him to cancel my account and he tried to talk me out of it but i insisted he remove my information from there company. He said he would, but did not. Having a bad feeling about my coversation i called back again and told the office manager to cancel and remove me from there records. They said they would but did not. I called the att generals office and reported the incident with them. They advise me not to have any contact with scott or the company and to refer them to there office. Whats funny about this company is that they change names about every year to try and keep the law off there back. I talked with the irs about them and they also told me to be aware of wrong doings and mis deeds. This wasn't the first time they had heard of this person. Beware of these scam artists, con men and please report them is they try to do business in our state so we can rid our selves of these slim bags. They need to get an honest job and stop trying to use vet's and senior citizens. Shame on you scott keep your lies in calif we don't need people like you trying to do business in our state.
