Amerigreet called me for a Florida vacation package and said there would be a $39.00 for the vacation and a subscription to their website for a month. After or before the month was over i would have to call their customer service and have it disconnected or pay $6.00 a month for the subscription to their website.
Now all thier customer service line does is give me a busy signal and i have never found the link they told me to go to to get my certificate of entitlement for the vacation and they refuse connection from my ip address. I'm tired of messing with them and i want the money refunded and the account with them closed but i can't reach their customer service.
