Visited FCR.com last week Was trying to view credit report. System charged me $1.00 then 31.95 then today I was charged $19.95 I still cannot access my credit report; their system does not understand english; my screen name and password are not accepted; if and when I finally did get someone to answer a phone they have very poor sound on their lines. Low volume, word clipping; sounds like they are talking on a noise canceling michrophone or a cheap headset or on Skype.
I think I finally conveyed the message, "I want out. Cancel my membership"
