I just remembered I filled out some info for a survey two days before but cancelled, did not complete the steps as I started getting suspicious of the info I was asked to submit. Sure enough, I was right. Out of the blue, I get a text that shows the transaction and immediately call my bank/prepaid card provider. They could not give me a direct link to the source of the transaction and referred me to the Fraud Dept. So, beware of surveys!!!
