Hi, The furniture provided by Samson International is not of a good quality, the wood is so frail and tender that it can easily be chipped. One has to be so careful even when sitting on this bed that a small drag leaves a line on the side portion of the bed. The night tables are of poor quality wood, even when you move small objects like watch or night clock, you see scratches on it. It is sort of wastage of money. Why do not you guys acquire some good company like made in USA or Made in Canada instead of cheap quality things from Made in China. I would have returned it but I have to pay the carriage expenditure by calling a truck etc., also the satisfaction level is so bad if you see the reviews portion about buying online furniture from Costco. Costco is a big name in business but is providing sub standard furniture by saving money to themselves. The item can be $100 more expensive but at least should have a good quality. I am trying to contact the vendor and they are not available in even telescope. I do not recommend Costco furniture to any one since some time, I brought a six chair dining set table and when it reached home, it was so badly chipped instead of taking care even, I used it for two three days and then with in days the lines and chipping on it continued and I had to returned it back, what that shows is dissatisfaction to customer, frustration and anger, on the other hand the furniture returned goes to waste and loss to Costco may be. Please look in to this matter and I want someone to call me back.
