I have tried 5 times to call them on the phone. Each time I was on hold for 30 minutes or more before I gave up. As I write this review I am on hold again, for another 35 minutes, and I am about to give up again. It is incredible how a company of this size be so incompetent. I am about to cancel my service by not paying my bill. I'm sure then THEY will call me instead of me trying to call them. That always gets their attention
