I checked my credit card statement and noticed the bonzi.com had charged my credit card with $49.00. I have never made an order or bought anything! How can they do this? This transaction was taken out on August 13. I have on my credit card statement two numbers - (800) 576-1955 and (805) 546-1955 CA. This is all the information I have. I called the second number and I got the web-site. Today is Saturday, September 4. So everything is probably closed at this time.
Can you help me? I don't know what to do! This is not fair! How can they get away with this?
