I ordered a new TV from this New York City store online. I did not get the TV I ordered, which was a new 50" Samsung HDTV with a 120 hz refresh rate. A salesman called me the next working day with a story about how that one wasn't available with a warranty and recommended that I get another one. I re-ordered using the same model number on the website, which provided the specifications that I wanted. What I got was a used TV that did not match the specs. The store refused to replay through the BBB, and I'm stuck with the TV that I didn't order.
