Zeekler Our family's 4 zeekrewards accounts got hacked 5 days ago, I contacted ZR right away but so far no help

I joined zeekreward in April and I introduced 3 other family members joined zeekreward in June. I am an American citizen but my 3 other family members (my father, my mother and my uncle) are not. They don't understand English, so I used my computer to post ads fand take care of their accounts for all of them as well.

Everything seemed fine until Friday June 29 and Saturday June 30. I first found out someone started to cash our repurchase points into cash.in my father's account the cashed money was even put into an alertpay. I tried to change the password for this account after I talked to our upline, it was locked right away. So I changed the passwords for the other 3 accounts and I did it. However on Friday night, when I tried to log in all the accounts to double check and make sure everything was ok, I found out my uncle's account was locked.

I contacted Zeekrewards right away spending hours waiting to talk to someone. All they told me was to contact [email protected] and be patient. I did sent emails and reported everything right away.

I posted ads for me and my mother on Saturday morning by using my husband's laptop since I was too scared to use our regular computer. Everything seemed fine. When I tried to check the only two accounts we had left in the afternoon on Saturday, I can't believe they were hacked too. What I don't understand is how people hacked our accounts even after I felt suspicious and changed the passwords.

I feel VERY FRUSTRATED since Zeekrewards employees can not solve my problems. I even have the hacker's name, email address and phone number given by our upline. I don't really know who can help me. We put 38,000 dollars buying bids altogether, that is our life saving. I even sent an email to Mr. Paul Burk to ask him for help yesterday, but have not heard from him yet. The hacker posts ad everyday. I am very pissed. Where can I find justice? It is uselss to spend hours to chat and talk with Zeekewards employees since they can't do anything. Now I only hope is Mr. Paul Burks.

I'd like to know how long will I get our accounts back? Will I get all the lost points back? Can anyone help me? I am so helpless and depressed. Today is July 4, how many days should I wait? I will update everything and let you know how things go. Since I can't get help, I have to find as many ways as I can to get attention so that the probelm will be solved.
