Every month we get a text message saying our bill is due. Every month we've simply paid our bill even though it was slightly higher than we anticipated. The reason we did this is because we purchased phones and knew that it would be higher due to paying off the phones. Now here I sit looking online at our bills. We have $109.89 total that's been paid to TRUE DIGIT LLC for the entire 11 months that we've had our phones through TMobile. Every month there's a charge for $9.99. TMobile has blocked this for any future charges and will only refund one of the charges. I am so mad! Neither one of us know what this charge is or who True Digit is. I want a full refund! I do not like being taken advantage of and being scammed!
