I ordered a canvas through Groupon for Printerpix on the 2nd December and the canvas didnt arrive till the 28th December even though it was a Christmas present.
The canvas is awful quality the edgeing is half white and half picture, its not folded right at the corners all the fabrics flapping open and the picture isnt stretched properly its all wavey!!! The picture looks like a sea of waves!!! Its disgusting, i have emailed the company many times with no reply. I have called them many times to be put on hold for 10/20 minutes at a time and then the phone goes dead! I do not know what else to do. This was a Christmas present for my mum. Disgraceful.
