Charged $39.90 Despite Same-Day Trial Cancellation

I went to use my credit card to pay for an item, There was insufficient funds as Experiencreditreport took out 39.90 with no authorization to do so. I paid for a trial and cancelled it the same day in June with verification of cancellation via email
