I paid daxfix.com to remove negative reports from my driving record on 5/16. They told me when I paid them that most or all of the negative things on my driving record would be removed. However, on 6/29 dacfix.com contacted me and told me that none of the negative reports had been removed. They only gave me the number of an attorney to contact. I cannot get another job in trucking until this is cleared off my record so I only wasted time and money by dealing with dacfix.com and I have very serious doubts as to whether they tried to get this done anyway. The reason I say that is because they didn, t provide me with any kind of explanation in writing explaining what they were doing to get the reports removed. And they never provided me anything in writing the reason for the denial. So an attorney would not have much to go on anyway. This is a scam and they are taking advantage of those that have already been harmed. So someone needs to stop them from ripping people off this way. I should also add that their customer service personnel are very nasty also when one tries to get answers.
