I requested the trial and paid the postage back in December. Since then we have had numerous transactions taken from our credit account and the bank refuses to reimburse us. This is despite the fact that we cancelled our credit card and then got scammed again by the same company, on our new credit card!!! The bank is still refusing to acknowledge resposibility. This has got to cease HELP!!!
