I found this company on freelancer - http://www.freelancer.ca/u/WSsolution.html - and used them because they seemed to have good feedback. However, they pushed me to quickly give good feedback to them, and to pay them quickly. I foolishly did, and then they stopped talking to me, blocked me from skype, gtalk, live messenger, and wouldn't answer my phone calls. I've lost 3812.43 usd. I have no idea what to do.

Don't use him, he just gives you a shoddy job, makes you wait for him all the time, and doesn't do anything of value. The FBI should get him.
