After some research on another suspected email and after a little research we found other complaints against this email address as suspects in a scam. We have been long time owners of full breed dogs like this and they are always more than 1 - 1.5K Here is the email exchange:

I am sorry but after some thought we are going to pass on getting a puppy from you. I think the transportation of an 8 week puppy from Hawaii to the east coast of the United States to Savannah Georgia would be too hard on the puppy and I am not confident it would survive without food or water for that length of time. Also, the price of $400 which includes this transportation seems like it would not cover the transport plus the shots that the puppy has already recieived and allow you to make a profit. So that looks suspicious. Lastly, I can not see the ridges on the pictures you sent so I am not confident they are Rhodesian Ridgebacks.
Good luck placing your puppies, they are real cute and I am sure you will find good homes for all of them.
