Is cps providing medical care for children in temecula

As more allegations grow. A child with out medical coverage for months while in the care of CPS. Child was turned away due to no coverage. This was the first time in the childs life, the child went without coverage while in the care of CPS! The child was always covered while with parents, according to the Father.
