The company I currently work for moved from Rockville, MD to Urbana, MD. Every time I go the Giant in Urbana, I get nasty steers from employees. Additionally, the employees refuse to say hi or even speak to me when I'm checking out. They just continue to speak to the person before or after me and ignore me.
Currently, the company I work for a complpany with over 500 employees and half of them are nonwhite. This company should invest in different backgrounds and sensitivity in that area.
