Bar manager refused to serve patron embarrasing him with clients, situation started on Mothers day when they had a great band, the following monday at happy hour I spoke with another patron who I braged how great the band was the previous day was, he replied that Eric thinks they suck, and he wouldnt have had them but couldnt get anyone else for mothers day. My reply was hes an ass hole, they where an awsome band had a great crowd, A few days later Eric the Bartender, was upset as to what I said, I explained my feelings and appologized. And also mentioned, had he not told his friends anyting of his business we would not be talking about it! He ignored it. Later another bartender exclaimed I wont serve you either cause Eric got us out jobs here. Since this time it has been reported by may other here (this is a Marina) that Eric has been slandering myself and has caused business conlficts personaly with persons whom where cleints of mine. He has also violated state law for not serving in a public resturant with out cause. SInce, he and his bar crew have attempted dameage to my boat and car, He is also upset as to the fact that he has been stealing from the Bar for over 3 years, by giving customers over excess of liquor 7 drinks and charging for 2, asking for larger tips, this has been his ongoing thing for some time. Unfortunate for the owner.
