I agree 100% that Dyer Beech was a scam, and Eric Rice should be in prison for fraud and embesslement. It was a joke!
I paid $3700.00, and also was told by Eric that if I have not missed payments, then the bank would not consider helping us at all. It would be my guess that the "Experts that Eric Rice had working for him came from flipping burgers or something and were in no way qualified to deal with Home Loans and negotiating.
I feel for all the people that he dropped cold, and for those that actually might have gotten help, you should feel great, you turned out "lucky".
I know that Eric Rice has continued his business ventures, and has teamed up with LifeGaurd Financial Services. I raise concern about that as well. I feel he is just spreading the Evil around while he is gaining more and more dollars for himself. Please BEWARE of anything that Eric Rice is involved in.
I am trying to find a Lawfirm that can start a class action suit against him.
