Value-pass this was an order for a book of coupons for restaurants, gas, etc..., etc. At the total cost of $9.95, never received anything in the mail yep! Still waiting. I was also supposed to receive a 100 dollar Wall-mart card and gas vouchers. I called and there is a recording that states; "we cannot locate your information" well if this is the case how the hell are you taking the money from my account?
