While eating a prepared sandwich purchased at a local Fresh and Easy store I bit into a piece of glass. I sent in the piece for their inspection and have had no response. It was traumatic to say the least and have had nightmares about buying and biting into their sandwiches. I will never buy any of their prepared sandwiches again. It could be harmul for kids or senior adults as well.
