Signed up for one week free trial for $19.95 i called and emailed over 6 times to cancel account before week was up but i was told they could not find my account. However, today they charged me the $19.95 for a week's usage. I have emailed them the copies of the emails they sent me saying they couldn't find my accout to cancel.
