Koch Financial
Consumer Report

I was offered a loan in the amount of $15,000. They requested that I purchase payment protection insurance in the amount of $1,100. They wanted a greendot moneypak so I got one and gave them the numbers. I had no idea that greendot was basically handing them cash. The loan was not deposited. I received an email on the following Tuesday that stated the loan underwriter had revoked my loan because I posted a question about the company on Yahoo answers. I requested a refund of the PPI and Carrie Smith stated I would be given a refund minus a "processing fee." when I asked the amount of the fee she told me she didn't know. On June 21 I received an email from another person inside the company, Sylvia Marshall, offering me a $10,000 loan. I have left several messages in an attempt to secure my refund but no one answers, returns my calls or emails. I gave them a copy of a voided check, and a drivers license. I'm seriously concerned about identity theft now.
