On 2/2 I applied for a personal loan in the amount of $5,000.00 from Granite Lending and was approved for the loan and received an email from Mary Wilson approving the loan. The only thing I needed to do was either have a co-signer or submit for a PPI Insurance which would cost $500 and would have to pay via a Greendot MoneyPak card. I submitted this to Mary on 2/23 and the information was verified and was told by Mary and her assistant that my loan would be disbursed the morning of 2/24 which it was not. I have tried to call and email and have received no answers back. The only answer I received was on 2/24 by her assistant Alexandra that my loan was still in processing and would disburse by the end of the day on 2/24 between 2p and 4p and it did not and have tried effortlessly to get in touch with her or someone at the office and no one will answer their phones or return my calls.
