Playsiteworld i have a charge for 7.31 on 6/22/12 what is this i tried calling the no. Fast busy which means the phone no. Is bogus

I checked my acct. This morning and this charge was on there. I tried calling the phone no. But just rang fast busy which means the phone no. Is bogus. I would like this charged to being taken off. I will be contacting the local police dept. And i will also go to my bank to have this fraudulent charge removed.
