I like everyone else with the complaints have ordered a pair of shoes from this website. I noticed my money was taken out of my bank acct and on the rios shoes website my order states as pending. Once I noticed this problem I emailed them and still have not heard from them, so I then emailed them a second time and I'm not holding my breath for a response. I have never encountered a problem like this before and I don't know where to go from here. Does anyone have any suggestions?
