In Jan my parents were contacted by a Mr Johnny Mendoza, claiming to be affiliated with RCI Fisherman's Cove Resort in Willis Texas. He "purchased" the timeshares my parents owned at the time and sold them RCI weeks. The financed through Wells Fargo and have been paying their payment for the past five months. The timeshares they sold him have yet to be transferred over to any company and we are getting phone call after phone call asking for late payments. We have tried calling all phone numbers that were provided to us for over two months and get nothing except an answering machine and no call backs, This rep contacted my parents through phone, so please be aware. Do not meet with anyone!!! I have found another complaint that seems extreme similar to mine even as far as the Representative having the same area code cell phone number. Again it was a Johnny Mendoza 1-210-410-2046.
