Dismissing to pay an invoice to contractor by delivering glass tiles which were installed instead of marble

The date is approximate as the incident was over a month

Simple story: Dreadfulexperience. Simply just dishonnest company.

Provided glass tiles instead of marble after one tiler which was recommended by that very company Natural stone trading inc we were told that the tiles were glass not marble as we paid for. The salesperson apologetic at the time said he will pay to have the contractor replace them and reinstall them included the heated floor. Now that it is time to pay he denies it.

I will not detail the number of broken tiles / other wrong tiles which were deliver NEVER on time and the fact that he harrassed us to pick check even before we even started the construction. And after many request never provided an invoice. Apparently in this company no one is really interested even knowing the facts as it was aknowledge to me to do the right thing. So nothing left but to sue.By all means stay away from this company they are only trouble unprofessional and simply dishonest.
