Today (June 21), for the second month in a row, I received a package from this company for some kind of dietary supplement. This was not ordered my me, and I don't believe I've paid for it. There is no phone number to contact them to ask them to cease and desist. The mailing address for this company is PO Box 30816, Salt Lake City, Utah, 847130-0816. I live in Canada. I don't know how they got my name or address, but I would like them to STOP SENDING ME PRODUCTS! If something more comes next month, I will send it back, unopened!
