I went to repair my car in this place several days ago. The reason I went there was because I heard some noise while the car is turning. I asked them whether it could be the problem of axles, they told me "yes". I ask them whether I should change both axles, they told me "yes, or else the noise will continue". Thus I agreed to let them change both front axles for me. However, first of all, it is not the problem of my axles causing the noise. They did not even do a proper test to my car and made me to change both axles. Even worse, after they changed the axles for me, the transmission fluid started leaking, and during the next day after I drove back, my car totally broke down. It turns out that my transmission was burned. It cost me more than 1000 dollars and a huge amount of time (more than 50 hours) to diagnose the problem and put in a used transmission so that the car can move properly. At last, this business refused to provide me any receipts or and documents. They ask me to pay them by cash so that they could avoid tax. I suspect they have a serious problem on their tax report, and what they are doing definitely breaks the law.
