On 8th May I paid £4.99 for trial of this produce and stupidly not reading the companies smallprint had a further £89.95 taken by them from my bank account. This was for an automated order of the product which I wasnt aware they would do. I tried to ring them on countless occassions but couldnt get through to say i wanted to return the goods and have my money refunded. I E mailed them and informed them I didnt want thier product and duly sent the goods back unopened via recorded delivery for refund. I heared nothing until 20th June when I had another repeat order and yet again £89.95 was taken from my bank. This time I managed to get an answer to my telephone call. It wasnt very productive. I have to phone back tomorrow and they will give me a Returns Number to send the goods back. Then when they recieve goods they will refund minus 15% restocking charge or I could agree there and then I didnt want goods, not have to return them and they would credit half the amout I paid. I selected 1st option and have to phone tomorrow PM for a return number. But then I queried the first return via recorded delivery. Even thoughi have proof goods where redcieved by them they are not preparded to refund as I didnt return them in thier required way. I didnt know there was a returns format as I couldnt get anyone to answer my call to them. This is a very ruthless company who have no care except how much money they can take off innocent clients.
