Unexplained Charges, Unknown How Card Information Was Obtained

I have no idea where these charges came from, nor how my information was uncovered. I am forwarding to my in house counsel, (I work for the Federal Government), and will follow paper trails. I do not know what Scambook is either. It claims to be a Google product, so first attempts will be towards Google Inc.
